Shipping policy
We aim to ship all orders within 1-3 business days (excludes weekends and holidays). We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers
It’s the customer’s responsibility to ensure that a safe and secure delivery address is provided and that all shipping information is entered accurately. We are unable to refund or replace orders due to incorrect shipping addresses, left, lost, or stolen packages. We will not be held liable for lost packages once proof of delivery has been received.
International Shipping & Customs Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes, or clearance charges once the parcel reaches your country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee.
All customs-related charges are the responsibility of the customer.
We have no control over these costs or any delays caused by customs processes.
If you refuse to pay the customs fees and the parcel is returned to us, we will issue a refund for the product only (shipping costs are non-refundable).
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and another email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
During high-demand periods or promotional sales, processing times may be extended slightly.
